Yoko's surname is Ritona, it has been Ritona from the moment the anime series was released in Japan and it will always be Ritona. The administrators here seem bent upon worshiping the biased, inaccurate and weak paragraphs about Yoko at "Wikipedia" -- the previously-respected Web site which is leading the campaign to change Yoko's surname to Littner. Monkey see, monkey do!
The entirety of the Web knows Yoko by her surname Ritona, hence it's my belief this arbitrary re-naming edict is based upon the hateful yet trendy anti-Yoko campaign supported by dullardly misogynists and sexists. Those of us who admire and appreciate the character Yoko Ritona need to become more insistent and vocal in reminding Webmasters that it's wise to treat Yoko with fairness and respect.
