Scoring method: This is gonna be vague as hell since I can't tell you what about each show is appealing to me or explain why each show ends up in the spot it's in so I'm just going to explain what my thoughts on what each rank mean is and then put an example. This scoring method is for both anime and manga but since i'm not going to keep typing anime/manga, i'm just going to type anime. The examples will also only be anime since I don't have a manga for each score.

10: The pinnacle of viewer experience. Everything 9 is but with something that just made it special to me. Example: Log horizon

9: Great anime. Anime that stick with me for a while after I finish them and leave me recalling good times from them months later. Anime that I truly loved and enjoyed and that appealed to me in a way that seemed personal. Example: kekkai sensen

8: Anime that is an absolute blast to watch. Very enjoyable. little to nothing bad to say about it and is just a joy to experience. Shows that make me a bit sad when I'm done with them just because I can't keep watching. Example: Dragon ball

7: Reasons why anime is fun to watch. This spot has good anime that are fun to watch and have no major flaws to me. Example: Toradora.

6: An anime that I have more compliments for than complaints. Something with some points of interest that caught my eye. Example: Gundam wing

5: An anime that has neither great points or terrible points, or at least manages to balance out good with bad. They're still enjoyable, but don't leave much of an impression one way or the other. Example: Scrapped princess

4: An anime that I have more complaints than compliments for. Usually something I dislike or found boring. Example: Hack sign

3: An anime that are usually a waste of time to watch. Do not care for the show at all, nothing interests me about it. Example: Bleach

2: For anime that have or lack something in particular that just drives me up the wall (ex: annoying characters, bad plot, ridiculous animation etc...) Usually reserved for anime that I hate and find little good about. Example: Dears

1: Anime in this spot usually have nothing good about them, or their bad points are just so horrifyingly apparent that all good parts of them have no meaning. While not unwatchable, since I don't think anything is unwatchable, These are anime that would have been better off never being made. Example: Chaos dragon
