10/10 : A show that is not only amazing, but also personally resonates with me far beyond any reasonable expectations.
9/10 : A show that I connect with on a personal level that has a few issues that prevent it from being a 10.
8/10 : A great show that I would still consider a favorite, but has glaring issues.
7/10 : At this point, shows begin to exhibit qualities which I actively dislike, or serve as distracting but still manage to be an overall enjoyable experience.
6/10 : Shows here tend to exhibit one or two things that I really connect with, while leaving the rest of the story with little that I enjoy.
5/10 : Purely average. Not exactly boring, but not exactly entertaining.
4/10 : It is here where shows start to exhibit the grave sin of being boring. Anything here has elements which I like, but are outweighed by disinterest or a lack of competence in any aspect.
3/10 : Consistently boring the entire way through, with almost no elements that I could consider enjoyable.
2/10 : For a show to end up here it must first transcend being simply boring and attain the title of being actively bad. Shows here must do something that makes me mad, even if that just means wasting my time.
1/10 : So completely awful that it makes me want to vomit. Zero redeeming qualities, offensively bad in every way. I'd be surprised if I ever rate many shows this, as I would have dropped them first.
Of course, this is all just a guideline, so not every rating is going to fall cleanly in with these. I usually leave a small note explaining my rating further in the tags section.
