Matthew 24:37-39
[37]But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
[38]For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,

We are the lost sheep of the house of Israel. The northern kingdom of Israel was scattered into the gentiles and they mixed into them and migrated to the four corners of the earth.
Isaiah 11:11-13

When we believe in the Messiah we become grafted into the commonwealth of Israel and become fellow citizens with the saints. Read Romans 11 and Ephesians 2.
Ephesians 2:11-13

11 Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands;
12 That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:
13 But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.
This means that the covenants of promise are for us too. We have to keep the Sabbath and the dietary laws. They aren't Jewish. They were given to ALL 12 tribes of Israel, not just the tribe of Judah (the Jews).
If you say the OT is only for Israel then you are biblically retarded. You are grafted into israel as Ephesians 2 and Romans 11 states, and that measn you are requried to read the OT and understand its for you too.
