I too had the same problem at the beginning so I get it

Yo

For making a forum or a thread (whatever you call it)
Step 1 : go to the anime you want to make a forum
Step 2 : then scroll down and you'll the latest forums made on it
Step 3 : there will be a button of more discussion at the same place where 3-4 latest forums can be seen
Step 4 : click on that more discussion button
Step 5 : then you'll see a lot more but than once again scroll down
and you'll see all discussions blue button
Step 6 : click on that button which will lead you to the main website
And at the top left on the same page you'll a button named create a new topic click on it
Step 7 : a box will come up and then write the heading in the first rectangular thin box and write the message in the below one
(You can even make a pole which is mentioned there )
