Yes. I have seen episode 9 (and I think it is a very solid one) and I think the show benefited from it. Yet, I'll post my main thoughts when it ends.

How come you stopped making reviews? I liked your SAO review, it seemed really honest and realistic in a way. Its 450 am and I can't think for shit so if my words don't make sense you'll know why ;). I felt that it was good reason to jump episodes but to do so so early in the anime made me feel like as if they skipped a lot of potential plot and/or character development. With that said though, in the end I did enjoy the time skip like what you said. And lol on the "get all the girls he wants," XD. That right there might as well be the summary for sao on all anime sites.
