Yeah MiA really reinvigorated my enthusiasm for anime by showing me that new, amazing shows can still happen. Even if 9 out of the top 10 from this year are sequels to me, at least #1 is something new ^^.

And yeah just hit me up, I'm usually around most of the afternoon and evening. I'll probably go out later tonight but that's more of an exception :>.

And yeah if you're free again more frequently now we can definitely hang out again, I'm still in Skype and in the ATOTD club if you want to chat or just shitpost ^^. And let me know if you want to simulwatch something again at some point. I've been watching a lot of OVAs and stuff again recently with my simulwatch partner and we often watch around this time (we're simulwatching right now actually) so if you want we'd be happy if you joined us for the odd movie or OVA.

I'm doing fine, the same as usual pretty much. Still simulwatching a lot and generally watching anime and stuff ^^.
How have you been?

There's a lot of stuff going on, but it's mostly job and family related. There's a good possibility I could be relocating elsewhere depending on how things develop, but the core thing is whether I'll be helping manage a (currently) small international corporation or going a different route. I'm excited either way since no matter how it ends up things are going to be changing a lot for me.

I've been slowly teaching myself Spanish on the side for awhile now, but that's kinda tangential to what's going on at the moment.

I've been doing quite well. I'm in a transition period for some pretty big life changes-- stuff that could determine how the next several years go for me. At this point it's more waiting to see what some other people will do before moving forward though, so I have ample free time for now. I took a break from MAL and anime for a couple months around the end of last year though.

Oh I see. Well, if it works for you. I couldn't do it. With Ass Class in particular the second season got a 9 from me and the first one a 7 and I'd rather have it like that than average it out to an 8 for the franchise.

And that sucks but I'll probably still be here later on since I'm feeling a bit sick and will probably rest at home for most of the day.

Yeah I got really involved too and the second season was much more emotional for me than I expected. It was just a good concept executed fantastically.

Why you didn't rate the second season btw?

How did you like Ansatsu Kyoushitsu? Second season was one of the ebst things I've watched this year, hands down.
