So I started watching anime when I was about 5 to 7 years old I do not remember exactly when but that is a pretty solid guess, I also do not remember clearly what was the first anime I watch but am almost completely sure that it was Pokemon, which also happens to be one of my all time favorites, one that I have kept up with throughout the years, and one I still watch today and will continue to do so. Along with Pokemon I watched many other "classics" if you will growing up including but not limited to Dragon Ball, Inuyasha, Ruroni Kenshin, YuYu Hakusho and Cardcaptor Sakura they soon became my favorite shows to watch during my childhood however after most of them stopped airing on the channel where I watched them and the fact that shows were not as easy to watch on the internet as they are today my time watching anime soon came to an abrupt end for a long time at least.

It wasn't until early 2012 that I began watching anime again, it all started with a new computer and with that the knowledge of how to download just about anything (torrents) and a desire to watch some the classics I watched growing up and so I downloaded several of them starting with Inuyasha and rewatched them all, but it had been so long that it almost felt as if I was watching them for the first time. After I was done, a friend showed me Upotte !! which was the first "modern" anime I ever saw and I liked it a lot but it wasn't until the same friend recommended me Rosario+Vampire that I truly fell in love with anime again and from that moment on I have kept watching anime on a regular basis and will continue to for as long as there is anime to watch.
