*** Welcome to My Profile!  Ohayo! I have been watching anime since forever. First "Anime" I ever watched as a kid were English Dubbed: Captain Tsubasha along with Ai no Wakakusa Monogatari II, Detective Conan, Pokemon etc. It was an awesome period of my life! Loved the dubbed versions! First three "Anime" I ever watched knowing that there is something called "Anime" and that it's Japanese: Death Note, then Soul Eater, then FMA!! And now I'm a picky anime fan. I'm searching for a Japanese name (perhaps a character name) for myself! Hope I find it soon! PS. I'm learning Japanese! Random thought It sucks that I wont be able to finish watching all anime/manga in a lifetime! Sigh... so how's it going?
I think it was somewhere between the Galuana Island arc and the Phantom Lord arc that I started to get hooked!
Galuana Island arc is from episode 11 - 18 and the Phantom Lord arc is from 21 - 28.
But for me, the arc that really had me go "Okay this is really awesome!!" was the Tower of Heaven arc, which is episodes 33 - 40. That's the arc where it seems like things get a bit darker and more powerful since it really does a good job of showing their fears, weaknesses and also their incredible friendship.
But like I said, not everyone will love it! I think it's a great show though! :3
No, you should watch something else and leave this anime for some other time. The anime is good but in my opinion it's not a masterpiece.
There are lot's of great anime in your PTW list. My advice is that you first start with Darker Than Black.
Why drop Eureka Seven?
