Grew up an anime fan. I remember waking up early morning on the weekends to watch Dragonball Z when it was on UPN 9. I started watching Adult Swim on Cartoon Network during Cowboy Bebop's first run through, so sometime around 2002.

I only watched what was on Adult Swim/Cartoon Network until I got to college where my first roommate introduced me to the rest of the anime world. I've been hooked since and loving every moment of it. Anime is an escape for me. A place to enjoy myself. Where I can experience new things: excitement, adventure, comedy, tragedy, etc. It's a wonderful experience and I'm grateful that I found it as a hobby.
