I see, then try this and tell me whether it works:
1) remove the old image
2) update the new image
3) wait 10-15 minutes
4) delete old cache
(Firefox => History => Clear Recent History (shortcut: Ctrl + Shift + Del) and try to clean everything if possible)
5) log-in to MAL
Can you see the image?
