Didn't really have a favorite girl, really enjoyed seeing all the girls and their goddesses, but idk, maybe Ayumi or Kanon, they both kinda stood out more to me.

also saw u got Kami Nomi as a favorite in your manga as well, I think you'll like Mayo Chiki cuz I kinda got the same feeling after I finished both, both were great

yea they really only adapted a little, the rest of the story is more centered on the romance, which I personally prefer

saw ur comment on mayo chiki, highly recommend u read the remaining part of the manga after the anime, but yea all the other girls confess and they all get a somewhat happy ending, Subaru does end up with Jirou though, but the other 2 girls aren't exactly just gone or blown off, I think the ending was pretty good with keeping everyone happy

Cool, I never knew that. I know what you mean by softspot too, there are a few shows that I know I really shouldn't enjoy as much as I do :3
My first was Wolf's Rain though, so no need for a softspot there, that show is a masterpiece!

I liked AO, though I felt the story was a bit all over the place towards the end, I treat it as a spin-off / alternate world as to me the original Eureka Seven is sacrosanct, it was the second anime I ever watched, and really introduced me to TV animation that could be created artfully, and not just mindless entertainment for kids.
