Ratings are arbitrary to enjoyment, But they serve their own purpose of trying to convey how well you think something is crafted to give you enjoyment, Hence they server 2 purposes.
One:To share recommendations
Two: To share one's taste
Most critics that are non-profit are more the latter, However i'd rather try and spread my enjoyment, But I won't be great.I will just say, Anything I have at a 8+ is something I think anyone can enjoy if they're trying hard enough to get as much from the show as possible as an individual.

Heres my rating system (I use 1.1-10.0 as per the site)

1-Irredeemable garbage of the lowest quality with not even ironic redeeming features. (I REALLLLLY hate it.)

2-It's more of 1 except it had something about it that I didn't despise. (I definitely hate it.)

3.Little more bearable but still a steer clear unless it panders DIRECTLY to you and you don't give a shit bout quality. (I kind of hated it.)

4-It was bad, Not irredeemably so, I liked enough of it to finish it and though I was disappointed I got something out if, but probably not worth it. (I disliked it.)

5-The show was meh. I coulda passed it but not upset I watched atleast parts of it. (I didn't mind it.)

6-I enjoyed this show and got something from it and can recommend it if it fits your general likes and I would rewatch it if a particular reason popped up. (I kind of liked it.)

7-I enjoyed this a lot and thinks it has a solid reason to exist, I got a good but from it but it could have been done better, I'll recommend this activity and probably remember it for months to come. ( I liked it.)

8-I loves this show, It was good enough to hold my attention and made me grateful to have found it, I got a lot from this and might revisit this at some later date. (I loved it.)

9-Phenomenal, I loved this show so much that it probably has something of my favorites, Rather that be a character, Animation or soundtrack I have pulled something substantial from this that i'll never forget. (This is one of my favorite shows.)

10-One of my favorites, There is so much to love that I cannot hate, I wont even try to be objective about this cause it swayed my bias so much. It has multiple of my favorite things period. This is one of my favorite things in of its self. (I loved this so much its one of my favorite things that have ever existed.)

If I add a decimal (Ex: 5.5) It means it's either a weak [number] (I.E 5.0) a solid [number] (5.5) or a strong [number] (I.E 5.9) You can make out the in-between yourself, Also if I drop something it isn't cause I didn't like it, But because I wanted to watch something else and don't especially feel like coming back to it.
