Hopefully they'll get the dub done soon so you can watch it and tell me how it is :P The first arc of SAO was definitely the best. I didn't mind the second but I hated how Asuna went from being a badass to just someone needing to be saved. She's my favorite character from the show and arguably the best swordsman so when they make her weak it seems like a waste. I like the GGO arc and thought it had some cool scenes and the story was ok. Have you watched the GGO spinoff? I think that was better than the SAO arc. The characters were really likable even if the supposed twist of the story was predictable. You're right that this season should have been much shorter, 50 episodes is way too much and it's dragging down the pace of the show making it boring. I hate when shows like Noragami end like that. There needs to be some kind of Go fund me for anime shows we want to bring back. Fans can help cover the cost of production, which would give the studios a reason to make a new season. I didn't think Shiki was scary either, from your list it looks like you watched most of the good horror anime. Gakkougurashi! is one I would probably recommend, it's not really horror but it's twist can mess with your mind. I also heard Happy Sugar Life is good but I haven't had a chance to see it.
