It was so good, didn't expect a long shounen manga to have that little bit of romance in it which made the last few chapters excellent.

Still my favorite manga after many years and probably will still be for a long time.

Romance manga I'd recommend are:
- Aishiteruze Baby (not for the romance)
- Ichigo 100% (1st half is generic, 2nd half is better)
- Bitter Virgin
- IO

As for adventure stuff, sadly I can't remember any notably good manga I've read, so here are 2 anime:
- 12 Kingdoms (fairly disjointed, but the main storyline is superb)
- Kemono no Souja Erin (first 15 episodes are boring, the remaining episodes are amazing)

Yeah was really sad after reading all the comments about the studio never making a second season for anything. Heard from friend that the first series, which the anime is based on, is only the introduction...
I read some of the novel after watching the anime, maybe a volume or two,think i'll continue when I have more free time to read.
