I forgot to mention Fruits Basket Season 1 (2019 version; haven't seen the older one) and Season 2. The finale will be airing in winter 2021. Though it is still airing it fits all of your criteria many times over for many of the characters. It's practically what the story is about :D

About the thing you wrote in the Recommendation Club, where a character's life gets a lot better after someone starts to care for them; I'm not sure if these fit the criteria perfectly, but you might wanna check out:

-Oregairu (season 1-3, it starts of with the main character being really apathetic towards society, having no friends/people he cares about/who care about him, but damn, things get so much better as the story continues)

-Toradora (both main protagonists' lifes get better, it's a wholesome SoL Romance)

-Somali and the Forest Spirit (another wholesome Fantasy SoL, where the main character is a human child, ostracized in a world ruled by "beasts", where a Forest Guardian takes care of her)

-BNA (after turning into a sort of half-human, the Main character moves to a special city after one year, where she finally fits in. Made by Trigger with great art/soundtrack)

-Rakudai Kishi no Cavalry (Action/Fantasy with an actual nice Romance side-story, where the Main character is a "talentless", but hard-working person in a world where only talent measures your capabilities, even with his family neglecting him)

-Kyoukai no Kanata (Supernatural/SoL where the Main male character is a sort of invulnerable half-human, and the Main female character comes from a "cursed bloodline")

-Sewayaki Kitsune no Senko-san (SoL where a fox spirit takes care of a depressed human, mainly watch this for wholesomeness, not plot :P)

Hope some of these fit your taste, I especially recommended these because I personally enjoyed them a lot (pretty much in the order I listed), but since that's subjective you might not like them as much. Anyhow, hope you enjoy. Hit me up if you got any questions, etc... :)

Oh I liked spirit of justice a lot as well except for the cases happening in Japan which I found considerably weaker than the rest even if they allowed to conclude some side characters side stories and focused more on the interactions between them like athena/ blackquill, apollo/trucy and the faceoff between apollo and phoenix was also really satisfying.
I wish every case was in khura'in, it would've given more time to like the new characters and make the events less rushed, I like the reveal of apollo's father and his backstory but it felt like it happened really fast and llst some of the effects it could've had.

There's an english patch for great ace attorney but you have to buy the game on the jap store first in order to play it.
You can also watch it on youtube, last time I checked the first one was completely translated and the second one only halfway translated.
I wasn't a big fan because so much of it feels like a rehash of previous games in an inferior way, be it in the characters or the events themselves. I also didn't like the humor at all which is a big turnoff because it's a main component of the game. You know about the annoying jojo memes ? well it's exactly like that, some of them like holmes or souseki are constantly shouting or posing all the time that it's just a pain to look at them.
