An anime lover that loves to consider everything the anime crews did in their works. If they can explain well the goals of the anime, and if it can entertain me a lot, it's not impossible if I give it a perfect score (10), and maybe more than 10 in calculation if their works far exceed my expectation and my amusement limit.

My Scoring Formulae:
30% Story + 30% Character + 10% Sound + 10% Art + 20% Enjoyment

How to score each component:
-Story-
>10 = Unbelievable plot or story, may contain a very big plot twist that can make anyone amazed, a level where the directors deserve an oscar nomination
10 = The authors/directors did what the real goal of the story and didn't contain any issue that I didn't like
9 = Very nice story/plot, but maybe it was a bit general story or/and contain a bit minor issue I didn't like
8 = Entertains me, but at some point, I could lose the point of the story, or contain some minor issue I hate
7 = A bit above average, maybe it's a quite general story, but it still entertains me. Otherwise, it's a good story that contains a bit major issue I hate
6 = Very average, some missing plots, nothing special but a bit entertaining. In other cases, major controversial issues become annoying
5 = A bit below average, contains major issues I hate, dominated by some annoying controversial materials, or the main story is somewhat unclear
4 = Somehow it was a bad story, but I can see that the authors/directors tried to work
3 = They worked, but didn't know what they were doing, a very bad story or plot
2 = Did the authors/directors really work? Or do they only want to torture the audiences?
1 = Ravished my mind, may make me emerge some despair laughter

-Characters-
>10 = Outstanding characterizations, beyond the limit, every characters making an unbreakable bonding and story
10 = Very strong characterization, the authors/directors know well how to live up the bonding over the characters
9 = Strong characterization, but if any characters lack their peculiarities, that may deteriorate the story although I think it's not a fundamental problem
8 = Good characterizations, I can see well what characters they are, but may they only be a minor part of the story. Some characters had a bit unnecessary attitude
7 = Average characterization, one or two characters may have a bit of uniqueness, or some characters had a bit annoying attitude
6 = Plain characterization, the character is not an important thing in the story. Otherwise, its story is controlled by an or some annoying character(s)
5 = A bad characterization, many characters show unnecessary behavior
4 = Very bad characterization, just bad
3 = Is it really a character?
2 = Is it really an anime?
1 = WHY THERE SHOULD BE A CHARACTER ON THIS RUBBISH WORK!!??

-Sound-
>10 = Overwhelming amusement on sound-sation (music and SFXs) and voice acting, the sound director, the composers, and the voice actors deserve an oscar nomination
10 = Very good sound and voice acting, very eargasm-able
9 = Nice sound there; the voice acting can strongly support the characters
8 = Good sound and voice acting, but maybe a bit common things in the anime world
7 = Very normal sound and voice acting, but the voice acting is still on track and knows how to display a good character in some situations
6 = Nothing special
3-5 = The sound is an unnecessary thing, unrelatable voice acting with the situation/character
<3 = Actually I can't imagine what a sound it could be. But if there is no music on the anime, very bad voice acting, and very ear-torturing SFX, I'll give it 1

-Art-
>10 = Is it heaven?
10 = Make my eyes seldomly wink, the crews must have a good sense of art
9 = Very good art, nice coloring, but a bit general
8 = Good art, a general art nowadays (because since the late 2000s, most of the anime industries had a big leap in animation and arting)
7 = Nice coloring, but it's not a special thing
6 = Plain art and animation, contains some unrelatable coloring
5 = There must be better art, including how to use video effects properly
<5 = Bad animation, tear my eyes, unrelatable video effects, bad coloring, unwatchable except you're a masochist

-Enjoyment-
>10 (TV) = OH GOD, PLEASE HELP ME, I CAN'T STOP WATCHING EVEN IF IT IS 10 OR MORE EPISODES IN A ROW
>10 (OVA, ONA, Movies, and Specials) = I could rewatch it by more than 2 times
10 = I can enjoy every episode on it, may watch up to 5 episodes in a row, something very rewatchable, lot of memorable scenes
9 = Enjoyed it much, I may watch 2-3 eps in a row, contains a little thing unimpressed me, rewatchable, and had some memorable scenes/episodes
8 = Enjoyable, may contain some minor issues I hate
7 = I would keep watching to the end even if it contains many unpleasant minor issues. I may be lost interest a bit
6 = Controversial, I'll keep watching even though I dislike the plot
5 = Need some energy to continue watching, may I will hold it
4 = Honestly, I didn't want to finish it, but may there is a little good point, perhaps
3 = If this is a TV program, I basically would drop it. If not, I will try to keep watch even if I'm being tortured
2 = The director should quit the anime industry, ASAP
1 = God, please make those anime crews repent for their sins

After calculations, if any score has a decimal .1 to .4, it will be rounded down (9.3 = 9). Else if it has .5 to .9 it will be rounded up (9.6 = 10). In a very special case where the score gets more than 10 (because there is a possibility for each component to get a point more than 10 in my system), it will be pinned at a score of 10, and most of them now stand in my all time favorite anime.

For an example of my formulae, I choose Kimi no Na to be scored:
-Story = 11---yes 11, because its story was beyond imagination.
-Characters = 9, strong, as Mitsuha and Taki behave in their conduct, even if they're body-swapped.
-Sound = 10, yes, RADWIMPS is a real deal, and unique voice acting which is different from other anime (mostly, other was sounds rushed, many ~kyaa, or another interjection).
-Art = 12, heavenly art, every detail was sooooo beautiful, and of course, because every Makoto Shinkai's projects are beautifully drawn.
-Enjoyment = 12, tbh, I had rewatched it at least 8 times, every minute is a memorable scene.
-Overall = 30%*11 + 30%*9 + 10%*10 + 10%*12 + 20%*12 = 3.3 + 2.7 + 1 + 1.2 + 2.4 = 10.6 --> 10, and yes, this anime goes on my top ten list.

*NOTE*
-To be honest, mostly I only watch a good-rated anime only (usually over 7.5), or if someone recommended anything to me.
