I'm a pretentious, hypocritical, douche bag. However, I can proudly say I'm not an elitist. I don't think I'm better than someone because of what I watch and how much "deeper" it is. That's superficial and just an unhealthy attitude to have for everyone involved. I'm better than you because you're a lolicon. That's all.
A lot of anime sucks, and my list doesn't reflect that. I started this when I was younger and consumed a lot of garbage. My taste has drastically changed, but I won't go back to rewatch the animes to re-rate them. Most of the 6≥ deserve a much lower score.
Anime is also widely degenerate, and finding anime without degeneracy is getting harder and harder, especially with the current industry. Anime is an amazing medium for storytelling, and it's wasted on fucking weeb bait.
Akane isn't a favorite character in the typical sense. I hate her. I genuinely hate her. I hate what she stands for. I hate her choices and I hate what she becomes. And the fact the creator can move me to feel real hate for a fictional character is a feat worthy of the favorite button.

And yeah, I don't think the author intended those scenes to be 'enjoyed' by the reader, but I think the way it makes the reader complicit with the perversion cheapens the message by kind of trying to make the reader participate and symphathise with the activity. HOwever, I may have been a bit harsh, afterall none of the fantasies (as far as I can remember) really made the protag look like a good guy. IIRC all the fantasies were about non-consensualy stuff that makes Kurosawa look bad. So maybe it wasn't as bad as I said.
