I feel that. I've been taking a break or just rewatching my favorites cause I can't stay interested watching most series now.

First off, sorry if you aren't looking for a wall of text but it kinda just happened and also I'm not recommending these in any certain order. They are all series I really enjoyed watching. The only reason that I'm about to go on a huge tangent about the Fate series is because I just finished rewatching it and I'm really obsessed with their new mobile game that just released in NA.

I would recommend watching the Fate series. It is one of my all time favorites and I just finished rewatching them last week. It is a perfect blend of action,fantasy,suspense, and drama with a hint of both comedy and romance. Judging from what I read, a lot of people tend to skip the original Fate/Stay Night series from 2006 because its not really considered canon anymore after Fate/Stay Night UBW. They tried to tie in 3 different routes from the VN into a 24 episode adaptation. Don't get me wrong, its not bad but it is probably one of the ones I'd least recommend. The series is a lot to take in since there's so many different series,OVA's,movies and spinoffs. I''m not good at reviewing series but for me, I thought that the animation and art style is really clean and pretty throughout the series, especially in Unlimited Blade Works. Just everything about it was pretty good and above average. Beautiful art, entertaining plot, awesome fight scenes, and the OST fit the series. The order that you are supposed to watch it goes as this:
- Fate/Zero (13 eps)
- Fate/Zero 2nd Season (12 eps)
- Fate/Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works - Prologue (One 50 min ep)
- Fate/Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works (12 eps)
- Fate/Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works 2nd Season (13 eps)
Also coming later this year and next year would be the Heaven's Feel route from the VN that will have a 3 part movie adaptation.
Regarding the spinoff series, all of them are set in alternative timelines or worlds. I haven't finished Fate/kaleid liner Prisma series but from what I've seen and heard, it is a much lighter series that has more slice of life and comedic traits. Other spin off series include the new Fate/Apocrypha airing now which is also set in a alternative timeline/world and Fate/Grand Order: First Order a movie also set in a alternative timeline.

I also saw that you have Angel Beats on hold. Its probably top 3 in my most favorite series of all time. idk could just be me but I would recommend giving it another chance. The only parts of the series I didn't really like was mostly towards the middle but when you start getting towards the end, I think that's where the series takes you for a ride.

Yeah, when you've watched anime for so long and knocked down all the ones that really interested you, it just gets so boring to watch anime. You're not really interested anymore so you just zone out while watching. I didn't really like most of the anime series that aired last year. I didn't like the Spring and Fall seasons for 2016 so I just took a huge break to play a whole bunch of games. Now I've been using this season as my time to get caught up. I've been trying to double down this week especially so I don't get left behind again on the upcoming Summer anime season.
