Aw I'm glad you liked it! =D Palme was a lot more ambitious using its child-like visual style to make the horror stand out more, while I think Fantastic Children was more focused at conveying emotion. Just focused on different ways to push the style perhaps? Love the OP too!

Yeah Gankutsuo is so underrated! :U Every time someone wants recommendations, I try to tell them about how good it is, ahaha. From the subtle sci-fi worldbuilding to the story, it's really just fantastic!

I saw your review on Angel's Egg and absolutely loved it. your taste is really terrific, I'll have to add some of your completed stuff to my plan to watch list. I'm also a huge Madhouse fan and collect cels from them. hope you're having a nice day!

Nice review on Palme no Ki! I really agree with what you said about it. Although its a bit conventional, its got a provoking and thoughtful meaning behind it. You put Fantastic Children on your plan to watch, and I gotta say that it has a really similar feel and visual style to Palme. Anyway, just thought I might comment about your nice review.
