I'm a major DBZ/Vegeta fan. My new favorite animes are Soul Eater and Full Metal Alchemist. I've finally managed to get my foot in the cosplay door as well with some nice ones, namely the Shippuden Sakura Haruno in my photo. Yup that's right that's me in my Sakura cosplay. My other cosplays are on acparadise.com under the sn: DOOMLover21. I'm also an artist and mainly draw/copy pics from other anime pics, namely because I am bad at proportions. I also write fanfics as any self respecting anime otaku does. If you care to read some they are on fanfiction. net under the s/n: Biker Babe21.

I'm not just an anime otaku, though. I am also heavily into video games. Namely any platformers(like Ratchet and Clank), WOW, some first person shooters (DOOM anyone?), and survival horrors(like Silent Hill and Resident Evil). I plan to eventually become a video game designer and if that doesn't work out I plan to go into the computer animation, modelling or texturing fields or possibly even into special fx.

Like I said, I'm a huge Vegeta fan, but he's not my only obsession. Other than him and his family, I enjoy the playful stylings of Vash the Stampede, the wackiness/evilness of Tobi/Madara Uchiha, the sany antics of Ed Elric, and the wildness of Stein. The shortcomings of our favorite three eyed demon Hiei and the cuteness of his very own sister, Yukina.

OK thank you for the suggestion. As of right now I only watch DBZ and Inuyasha, but I'd like to get started on more. So are Goku and Vegeta Jr like Vegeta and Goku's grandkids or something? Like Bra o Trunks or Pan's kids, maybe? That sounds like it may be cool but the whole concept was just terrible and that's why it doesn't work.

Haha "hero style steroids." Yeah, the whole basis of GT was terrible. Making goku a kid again right off the bat and bringing back villians from DRAGONBALL who weren't even in DBZ? And now all of a sudden there are BLACK star dragonballs? COME ON! Yeah and a villian named Baby is defintely not helping matters. I wonder what his name was in the japanese version. Most of the time the english dub changes the lame names to something more believable. Super Saiyan 4 is def going too far. It takes away from its glory. What is the deal with vegeta jr and goku jr? I've heard about that but as I said, I could only make it through ten episodes before I lost all interest. I kept hoping it would get better...but it never did :(

Yeah full circle is a good way to put it. My favorite Vegeta part and line in the whole show is when he and Goku are fighting Buu in the final battle and he says, "You're better than me, Kakorat...you are the best." I seriously choke up every time I hear and see that part because you can just FEEL the tension release from his voice and the grudge he held against goku slip away. It's so beautiful because in that moment Vegeta wipes the slate clean for he and goku and Vegeta doesn't care anymore who is better than who. Now they are friends! Such a beautiful story. You didn't happen to watch GT, did you? If so, what are your thoughts on that?

I totally agree with you. The evolution of his character is phenomenally written and the plot lines that revolve around him MAKE the show as far as I'm concerned. Even though he never shows emotion himself, he is SUCH an emotional character. So much anger and pride and hurt and jealousy. Your heart bleeds with him the whole time. I really wish he was just a little bit nicer sometimes, especially to trunks and bulma but his actions definitely speak louder than words and that is what's so cool about him. My favorite saga is the namek saga because Vegeta was basically the star of that and that is when his reluctant but necessary truce formed with the z fighters when the ginyu force arrived. That was just so awesome because you just KNEW they were all gonna end up in an alliance together! Yay Vegeta!

You should watch the anime then. I'm not a big manga reader myself but I finished the Inuyasha manga because the anime cut off after season six and there was still a lot left to the story. Hopefully the anime continues! So what's your favorite thing about Vegeta?
