My Opinion on Dubs
It's really simple, actually. Dubbed anime in my language are very rare, and usually very crappy. So they're a no-no.
And, while I comprehend 97% of written English, when I listen to it I only understand about 70%, thus it's only reasonable that I prefer subs over dubs. They're easier to find, anyway. Also, the more I become familiar to the seyuu the more I value their work. Replacing them for English voices would be a loss.
Would I watch anime dubbed if there were more titles available in Portuguese? No.
Do I think you're wrong for watching anime dubbed? No. Just do what fits you best. I have absolutely nothing to do with it.

Ratings
I'm usually very kind when I'm rating, so the scores range mostly 7-8. However, if a series gets to my bad side, I won't hesitate to demonstrate my despise.
1 - Die.
2 - No or near to no good things about it, a complete waste of time. Spent every second of it wishing characters would blow themselves up.
3 - Bad, very bad. I really hated the time I spent watching it. Something saved it from being rated lower, though, maybe a good soundtrack, an okay character or a solid start.
4 - Boring, full of plot holes, badly written characters. I have a big dislike towards it. But I didn't absolutely hate it, it had some redeeming qualities.
5 - Not enjoyable, but not an awful show either. It has a lot of flaws and is very forgettable.
6 - A so so show, that has as many qualities as it has flaws. Didn't really match my tastes.
7 - Good show. Enjoyable, but had flaws that cannot be overlooked.
8 - That was great, extremely enjoyable, lovable characters, solid plot, high chances of rewatching. But it's not one of my favorites.
9 - Something else. It was able to keep me on the edge, to make me cry and laugh. And after it ends leaves me with a bittersweet feeling.
10 - The show somehow surpassed the barrier of intellectual enjoyment and was able to connect to me on a emotional level. There's something brilliant about it, something that's impossible to find in any other show.

Seiyuu Trivia DID YOU KNOW…The Nojima Brothers Growing up with a famous seiyuu father, the Nojima boys had no intention of becoming seiyuus. NojiNii went off to be an all-purpose super media creator and that’s what triggered the switch in NojiKen to go to Tokyo to try for something similar, he wanted to do things in the media and tried out for Aoni Production. And it took him awhile to figure out that Aoni Production was a SEIYUU AGENCY :D!!! When NojiKen started to become busy as a seiyuu, NojiNii thought “I’m the older brother I can do what he can!” So he also went for an audition and failed horribly. They told him he was awful (yup hard to believe). But he says that it helped him becoming the seiyuu he is now. He is in the same agency as his father, Sigma Seven and there are times when a call comes in asking for a “Nojima-san” and they have to ask which one? LOL! To this NojiKen replies “Thank God I chose a different agency” XD.
