Yeah, I've heard of Darker than Black. I have it on on-hold but i can't find the time to watch it...
I never heard of Gakuen Alice and Attack On Titan is awesome :D What sucks about the big anime is that the more popular it becomes the more fanboys overreact and haters appear. But controversy makes it popular so it has a good side too.
I am reading webtoons (not too much though). I'm at ch 4 of Sweet Guy hardcore ecchi, ch 9 of The Red Book (you should try it, it's very creepy...),
ch 2 of Resentment (horror) and ch 1 of DICE. I was also thinking of reading unTOUCHable; it looks pretty good. I haven't heard of Cheese In the Trap, is it good?
Well, I can show you my cosplay once the Con is done:D BUT only if I think it's ok and I put it on the internet! It's the first time I'm doing this so don't have high expectations...
I see. I know what you're saying! It feels like all the good manga are either too damn long or still publishing. I found this manga, Switch, that looks pretty interesting. It even has 2 OVAs and it's not 200 chapters long :))
Yes, I can't disagree that usually when a good manga gets an adaptation you can't have big expectations. Some anime are a great adaptation, some are not. The only way tha anime can be better than the source material is being a perfect adaptation + great OST and VAs. For example Shokugeki no Souma. I haven't read the manga though...
Favourite anime is Guilty Crown because Shu resembles me very much and because of the intense action and story. I'm actually gonna cosplay Shu at a Con this November :D
When you say that what you "love the most is the art" you mean artistic works, filled with references, or the art style?
I also prefer seinen over shounen. It's much more mature and intriguing. A lot of good anime could've been amazing if only they weren't shounen -_-
