Inu x boku ss goes deep into the story of their past and their identity. It is a very interesting story to read. You could give it a try as it is not long.
Saiunkoku monogatari has 78 eps but since you recommend it I have more confident to watch it one day.
mikakunin de shinkoukei seems a cute anime! Maybe I would watch it as well

Fruits Basket I like both the 2001 and 2019 version, but I like the new version more because it is a complete adaptation.
I hear of mikakunin de shinkoukei, is it romance or romance subtext?
I like Inu x boku and even read the manga which surprised me.
Saiunkoku monogatari is in my PTW list but I would to know more about the setting of the story?

Clannad, Toradora, Fruits Basket are my fav romance. I mostly watch romance anime and I am in a journey to search more good romance anime. Perhaps you could recommend me some.
