The Wedding is on my plan to watch, but somehow I expect to get tired of it fairly quick.
What list? You mean seasonals sorted by popularity? Tbh I have no idea how majority of people pick what they're going to watch.
I don't know about lolis, but that Alicia looks like she means business.

My only nominees who won gold and silver are Kyouka and Yoruichi and they aren't exactly schoolgirls :P
Roshidere was a letdown in the second half, I agree.

Nah, I don't know anything about the quality of Arifureta's Light Novel, but its anime isn't very good, so I wouldn't recommend watching it. Danmachi is still good, however.

Ohh, let's hope the same thing that happened in the previous season doesn't happen to you again. What's your opinion on her anime?

I haven't started watching anything else, so unless I watch something it's likely I'll just nominate Shea from Arifureta.

To be honest i had a busy year and i never found the time to reply, but i had some time to watch some anime and read stuff.

I thought manhwa were more popular due to the webtoon app too, maybe i was wrong.

I will try to write sth on the thread haha. I also try to keep up with the on going manhwa i read but they are so many, so i understand what you mean xD


I loved Villains are destined to die. Was it you that reccomended it to me? Thank you a lot for that, cause i enjoyed it so much. You def need to catch up,but its on hiatus now sadly.

I dont play gacha games but i like the concept so i will add the manhwa and i will read them when i am in the mood for it. Thanks for the recommendation

They didn't protect her much when she was abused by her own family, that's for sure. But yeah, I agree with your points. I think the series would be better overall if the second half simply portrayed Miyo's wholesome life with Kiyoka.

One thing I can add to what you've stated is that originally Miyo's story and relationship with Kiyoka were based on her being undesirable, which then gets undermined by her "actually being super important and everyone wants her".

I think I'm in top 0.1 percent of gloomy people, so maybe I'll find it relatable...

Regardless of how the story progresses further, I hope it will be satisfying or else it might dampen the impact of the first season for me. But like you, I'm more into romance route.

Watakon is my top-10 anime, so I can definitely recommend it to just anybody, although it's second half is weaker than the first. It's also my mom's favorite anime of all, but she haven't seen that many series.

It's not a problem. There are ALWAYS many mistakes I have to fix for the votes to be counted correctly. For example, "Kurokawa Akane", "Akane Kurokawa", "Akane", "Kurokawa", "akane", "kurokawa akane" are all different votes, so I have to make them all the same "Kurokawa Akane".

I first watched Bakemonogatari and a few short entries in 2016, didn't like them much. After I promised to a friend to watch it to the end I went for Kizumonogatari and enjoyed it more, although almost a decade already passed so my preferences might've changed.

We'll see about Yuzu... I wonder if she's similar to Miyo from Watakon.

I think you might be correct, this is exactly how I felt when I was watching those episodes.

Fable's protagonist has the eyes of someone who is tired from life/society. I'll try to give it a try after finishing Monogatari, Taishou Otome Otogibanashi and some other things I promised to friends.

Nah, I just lost interest. Somehow this season of FT felt lukewarm.

Yeah I was surprised that it had so many likeable characters. Even someone like Sadamune (the archer you've mentioned) is interesting even though he's quite ugly + antagonist.

I don't know if it's real or not unfortunately... Where I live technology is 50 years behind Japan so I wouldn't know.

A crazy coincidence, when you think about it. She's not even as popular as the likes of Alya/Anna for that to happen.

When I started watching this season I thought it was going to be a blast, but I ended up dropping/putting on-hold most of what I initially picked up.

OnKS2: great.
Mahoaku: great.
Wistoria: great.

Roshidere: good in the first half, kind of boring in the second.
Makeine: good for the most part, but some episodes weren't too my liking.
Isekai Shikkaku: great protagonist and some of the themes, but everything else is rather mediocre.
Nige Jouzu no Wakagimi: good. Not even sure why I like it.

Maougun: on-hold after 6 episodes.
2.5-jigen no Ririsa: on-hold after 6 episodes.
Giji Harem: on-hold after 5 episodes.
Parry: on-hold after 5 episodes.
Fairy Tail: on-hold after 4 episodes.
Koi wa Futago de Warikirenai: on-hold after 4 episodes.
Boku no Tsuma wa Kanjou ga Nai: on-hold after 3 episodes.
Shoushimin Series: on-hold after 3 episodes.

Gimai Seikatsu: dropped after 3 episodes.
Hazurewaku: dropped after 2 episodes.
Senpai wa Otokonoko: dropped after 2 episodes.
Shikanoko: dropped after 1 episode.
Na Nare Hana Nare: dropped after 1 episode.

I feel the same as you: because of this season I want to take a break from seasonal anime.
