I know it's a bit late, but I wanted to come say THANK YOU for the manga recommendations!
I requested both She Loves to Cook, and She Loves to Eat and Junji Ito’s Cat Diary: Yon and Mu! from the library and got them a couple days ago, I haven't had time to start them yet, but I am very excited to read them! I had seen She Loves to Cook, and She Loves to Eat around quite often and just hadn't gotten around to it yet, and I'm glad you gave me the push to finally get it! As for Junji Ito’s Cat Diary: Yon and Mu!, I skimmed through it a bit and I'm sure the story is cute, but yeah, as you said, the drawings still look a little creepy lol! Anyway, I can let you know what I thought when I read them! I just wanted to come say Thank you before too much time had passed... >.>

As for Double House, I have read the first chapter and am enjoying it so far! I also could only find the 3 chapters, but from the manga page, the fourth chapter might be an unrelated one shot. Anyway, I should really go finish this one! It's only 3 chapters, I'm just not great at reading manga online, but it is a really good story so far. A GL with a trans character, I don't think is something we can find a lot of, and I hope to see more of these kinds of varying representation in manga.
