I started watching anime when I around 10 on Toonami. Dragon Ball Z, Tenchi Muyo, Gundam and others were my first taste of Japanese animation. Growing up, I kept anime in my life though Adult Swims block of anime shows that included Trigun, Yu Yu Hakusho and Cowboy Bebop. Hitting age 18 I started to reach to the internet for anime, getting in to new genres and finding old gems. I started to watch more experimental anime and shows that weren't very popular, some good, some bad. Now at the age of 22 I am re-watching some of my old favorights as well as watching some that have been on my plan-to-watch list for years. I plan to keep anime in my life as long as it keeps it's amazing art and storylines.
Something else to note, I probably won't ever watch some shows, that list includes Death Note, Naruto, Lucky Star and anything with exessive fan service or lack of plot.
I play video games on steam for PC and xbox360.
I work with animals.

As for Gurren Lagann, I know it's already out dubbed, just haven't gotten around to watching it yet, I'm busy with Gintama and Hitman Reborn, and then I need to finish some stalled animes.
Yah, Gintama is very long, it's 201 Episodes plus 2 OVAs. Worth it though imo.
So what animes are you watching now?
I'm watching Gintama at the moment, and then I'll start watching Katekyo Hitman Reborn!
I'm very close to passing the 200 days mark. xD
