I find Lovecraft interesting as well, mostly because of his mysterious personality and his eccentricities (like that part where he just goes into the ocean and sleep I actually burst out laughing at that scene haha) xD I'm still curious about the origin of his 'ability' though, especially on the part why Dazai isn't able to cancel his power *^* and I actually got chill at that part where Steinback fought Q back *^*
I'm looking forward for Dostoyevsky too! I've been meaning to read Crime and Punishment for a long time xD
The anime adapted the manga pretty well, both on the comedic and action parts! :3 and the osts are amazing, I can't wait for them to be released so I could listen to them over and over ;;_;;; I honestly can't wait for the war arc to be adapted, I think it would be better if it's animated tbh ;;
The wait is killing me ;; for now I'll just watch summer anime to pass time xD
I've finally read the manga and completely got addicted to it xD The war arc is epic, and seeing more of the Port Mafia made it 100% better *^* especially on Dazai and Chuuya's and Akutagawa and Atsushi's interaction, which got me completely hyped up :p the war arc it made me like the Port Mafia better since The Guild is more assholes compared to them haha
Chapter 39 is unexpectedly emotional xD both Akutagawa's and Atsushi's pasts are really sad ;; I hope the second season will make the war arc more epic!
sorry for the late reply btw, got busy with school hahaha :p
Seeing Rampo's works being adapted would be a wish come true, especially if his famous mysteries are adapted ;; idk about his later works though, because he began to write more about ero-guro after writing detective mysteries xD
I guess I should catch up on the manga then xD side note, I did some research on Chuuya and find it funny how him wearing a hat is reference to his real life picture that wore the same hat xD
Yes! I'm hoping sometime in the future more famous literary works from different authors such as Miyazawa Kenji's will be adapted :c That would be really amazing.
I love the new episode!! *^* the fight between Atsushi and Akutagawa was epic plus the animation x] so glad it lived up to the hype :D
kinda sympathize Akutagawa for a bit after catching a glimpse of past though. and I like the symbolism behind the ending animation x]
I've heard of it, but haven't watched it yet. I will, though! And glad to know that Ryunosuke Akutagawa's works are also there! (since I also like him in Bungou Stray Dogs ahaha)
I'll try to catch up with the manga xD the anime is just too good for me not to read the source x]
Oooh *^* I planned on reading them soon, especially 'No Longer Human'! I first knew the story from Bungaku Shoujo manga- and instantly fell in love with the storyline x] The first manga of Bungaku Shoujo uses 'No Longer Human' as a central theme, which is actually amazing *^*
I'm also planning to read his other works such as 'Schoolgirl', 'The Setting Sun' and 'Run Mellos'! :D
