While enjoyment is always my #1 factor, anime that I'm on the fence about may receive a higher or lower rating depending on how objectively good I deem them to be.
No problem, I reply very slow as well.It often gets me annoyed that I'm slow in replying because some comments get deleted and I couldn't even read them, some people maybe feel bad but that's not really what I'm trying to do, I'm just lazy or occupied. ^^"
