If you enjoy the series, thats your problem - i could not care less. My point was that this series is ridiculously overrated, and when you ask people why do they give it such good reviews, they always say something along these lines: "It has cute girls", "Its better that oreimo". The first one is true, but doesnt justify people giving it anything above a 6.

Also, im pretty sure there are WAY better "heartwarming love stories" out there, youd be better of watching/reading those.

I dont really watch romance series that often, but it seems like i know the genre better than you - fanservice and cliche does NOT make for a good romace series, if a romance series at all.

It pains me to see you putting so much effort into writing that eromanga-sensei review as it was long af, but none of the things you said about the series justify you giving it 10/10. I mean srsly, WHERE IS THE "MASTERPIECE" PART??? Giving it a 5 or a 6, sure - its enjoyable for some people, but thats about it. I mean, the story consists of two major plot points: 1) a cute sister 2) a cute neighbor. It honestly sickens me to see that THIS is the sort of stuff people want to see nowadays, just draw a couple of cute girls and there you go, youre printing money. Just wanted to let it out there, its your problem I guess.

I thought you had a really nice Eromanga-sensei and it disappoints me that the only people to comment back to you were so negative regarding it, try not to let them get you down and as someone who also enjoys this series just take it as them not being able to enjoy something outside their egotistical comfort zone.

Eromanga-sensei is pretty bad.

If you think Eromanga-sensei is the most enjoyable anime this season then you clearly haven't checked out The King's Avatar yet. Eromanga is pretty bad though.
