The name is always first, right?
Okay, my name is Char (short for Charlene), but people also call me Cherry!
(Funny story behind that; I went to Starbucks after class some years ago and when the guy asked for my name, I told him "Char" but he wrote "Cherry" instead. Ever since then, my friends started calling me Cherry so I rolled with it~)
I've been watching Anime as early as ~4 years old, but I did prefer western cartoons (Cartoon Network in particular) back then. When we lost subscription, I started watching more anime since they were being shown on other channels.
I suppose I've been watching anime ever since then and never really dug deep into the o̶t̶a̶k̶u̶ weeb culture until I got my own PC at ~14 ish (that shortly died from over heating), pretty fun times, I wouldn't call my self an avid anime fan, where I live and pray to the anime gods everyday or take active discussions outside my group of friends, but it is something that is a part of my life as cheesy as it sounds~
Random anime habits I've developed throughout the years:
1. I generally NEVER watch an on-going series. I tend to wait a few months until it finishes before watching it
2. I always watch one anime at the time
3. I don't usually watch seasonals, but when I do, I tend to wait until like a year at least after they've finish airing
4. I don't skip the opening or ending, even when watching Endless 8, I saw it from opening to the ending
I've always loved traps <3 (It's not gay if you're a girl!!)
Haku (from Naruto) I guess was my first, absolutely loved them <3
I found Yaoi shortly after and omg the fujoshi shit was real
Eventually, I discovered Yuri and not gonna lie, I did watch a lot of Yuri afterwards (Yuru Yuri in particular)
