I absolutely love Matou Sakura from Fate/Stay Night, because of how much she reminds me of myself!
If you like her too, please add me on your friend list so we can talk about her!
~~~Other favourites~~~
Legend of the Galactic Heroes
I love the story and the politics in play. But most importantly is Yang Wenli! He's just so charismatic that I couldn't help but feel involved in the story. It was a long, long series, but it was so worth it!
Free!
A guilty pleasure of mine, but I love it nonetheless! Rin my husbando, but he can't beat:
Fate/Zero
Lancer! He's just so kind, so loyal, and sooooo cute :3
I hated how he ended up because of Kiritsugu, but I love them both...That's why Fate/Zero isn't my favourite though.
Kuroshitsuji:
My favourite manga! The anime is pretty good, but the feel is different. But it's still Sebastian, and the story is still as fun!
Fate/Stay Night
Having read the Visual Novel after watching the first anime, I loved Sakura from the very beginning. She was a breath of fresh air in the dark and moody tone of the story, and she was so interesting as a character. I could write soooo much about her, so I better stop here!
Gundam 00
Setsuna and Lockon are such dears. Especially Setsuna, who grows up and develops into a fantastic character!
hope you're ok :)
I'm also always willing to talk about politics or cultural issues. I live in the US and find that talking to people from around the world always helps expand our views. The US is generally a tad more conservative than the UK both fiscally and socially. Thus why we have Trump as president. I belong to America's Democratic Party, but my state is one of the most conservative in the country.
I know very little about gender studies or theories, so you could teach me a lot! My undergraduate degree was in psychology. I then attended medical school for 3 years but kind of burned out, it's a long story. I'm currently interested in learning informatics.
Misosygnistic attitudes and a lack of paid maternity leave in many jobs are both issues for America. However, we have many other problems that currently take priority. A few of our major issues are: 1. Mass shootings by deranged individuals that we can't stop because our pro-gun lobby is too influential and well funded. 2. The poor regions of America are addicted to opioids and it's decreasing our life expectancy. This is combined with horrible obesity rates and poor healthcare coverage in many regions. 3. In the last 2 months, we've prevented 2 major terrorist attacks by White Ethno-separatists. However, they will keep launching attacks until we meet their demands to surrender part of the Northwest US and carve out a new country to be inhabited by our estimated 500,000 Neo-Nazis. 4. We have serious issues with mass poverty and functional illiteracy. 5. Our president is an amoral buffoon. 6. Our colleges are excellent, but our student debt is pretty insane. I myself have over 200,000$ in student debt thanks to medical school. I currently pay a monthly fraction of income and can survive this, but it's pretty bad.
Those are just a couple issues we face. Amazingly, we're still a lot better off than many countries. I've spent time in China and Russia for example and those guys have even more challenges to face.
Do you fancy 20th-century cinema, by any chance?
Anyways, no use in wasting your breath on social rejects that resort to the waifu and all things eastern culture anime club because they can't stand how women have voices now on social media (oh these horrible times truly! how men are oppressed!)
and i don't understand your point of view, it's like you acept this in this series but in this one no.
My finace has also finished playing through the FSN VN so we now have another Sakura lover to add to the ranks!
