I'm an American college student/ pet caretaker. I'm a classic nerd type with an obsession for Pokemon, Sherlock, LotR, and the like. I enjoy online forums and media outlets so I'm always up for recommendations.

For the most part, I prefer Shoujo Manga but I also enjoy most other genres when the mood strikes. In particular, I'm looking for sweet or original storylines/artwork with a hint of inappropriate humor. I also like a bit of darkness in there somewhere. Though I see the value in a little nonsense every so often, I don't typically go for anything censored, stereotypical, or plotless. Hana-Kimi is, and will probably always be, my number one favorite.
