Probably the best yuri romance I've read. It's got it's issues, but overall it's got good character development, which is usually barren in yuri animes like Strawberry Panic or Sakura Trick, neither I bother finish. Yuri not the real selling point for me since the romance aspect and character reaction I just adore them. Definitely worth the pick up. Hopefully just season 1 since there's more content, the actual conclusion, to finish up the series in another season.
I read Casshan. Watched the reboot a few years ago. Didn't mind it at all. Even remember watching some of original as a kid.
Gurren Lagann was a favorite of mine back in the day. Even watched it weekly. It just kinda feel felt after the first arc ended. Simon just wasn't that great for me during the second half.
I've been avoiding the sports theme anime for some time. I vastly enjoyed Prince of Tennis, but not even sure what the bloody hell going on with these days. It was always kinda ridiculous, but it's overblown to the max these days. Usually sports anime have some "SUPER" move, so I get turned off. Though, I heard many, including Haikyuu, are pretty stellar. See if I change my mind soon.
I’m in my mood. Blitzing a lot of manga and anime lately. Since I started up again, absolutely love Citrus series. Read the manga and up to date with anime. Conclusion near, so pretty hyped up.
It got strange by the end. Series that tend to drag along tend to get ridiculous. I really liked it at the start, then it just felt odd as the second season progressed until the end.
It just seem odd how one of protagonist ended up and how he seem to have a complete attitude adjustment. Just avoiding spoilers, but I'm sure you know who I'm referring to. Then how everything just seem to revolve around those two particular characters while everyone else just seem like background characters to progress the storyline.
Same old. Just working. On the anime front, I picked up Aldnoah, which reminds me a lot of Gundam Seed, and music for the series is great. I also picked up Parasyte, which is also awesome. I've been binge watching anime for most of March, which is why I stay away from the weekly release. Kinda nice to finish series without waiting on those damn cliffhangers. I really want to finish those two series.
I'll catch up on Log Horizon. I need to pick up Durarra this season. I really need to check out Shigatsu. I heard very good things.
I have actually been reading more manga lately than anime. In fact the only anime I have watched recently is Accel World and Sword Art Online. Currently reading like 31 or 32 different manga's, I just cant stop finding new ones to read.
I always find time for gaming. Currently NHL 13, FIFA 13, XCOM, Dishonored, and New Little King's Story on the Vita. Def. play the Madness Returns game, it is a lot of fun.
