Hi hi~! I'm Frostmoon, your local eldritch catgirl dancer, and I'm here to bring chaos and destruction in my wake. >:3
My ratings aren't truly set in stone, especially since I'd gradiate the scores more if I could (I'd have a lot of 8.5s), but here's the basic chart:
10: There's nothing I would change about the show. It does exactly what it wants to do, and it does so purrfectly.
09: Excellent. For whatever reason, they're not quite in the ten range, but I truly enjoyed them none-the-less.
08: Very good. These might be mildly flawed, or they may be solid shows that just failed to resonate with me.
07: The "enjoyable but messy" types; I'm happy I watched them, but there's some sort of serious flaw or deep conflict that stops me from rating them higher. A lot of very disappointing endings in this lot in particular.
06: There's a good show underneath some absolutely massive flaws. Whether the good parts are worth struggling through the bad is suuuper iffy, and will really come down to personal preference.
05: Straight mediocre or very, very mixed. While 6 represents pieces I still ultimately enjoyed, and 4 represents the beginning of the bad, 5 ends up as the zone of ambivalence.
04: Disappointing. They're not horrible-horrible; in fact, these almost always have some really good elements! But the bad qualities upset me enough that whatever good is there is drowned out by a profound sense of "why?".
03: Bad. There's enough glimmers of goodness to keep them from falling lower, but that's it.
02: Horrific. These are usually things I found to be straight-up badly written, plus a few shows that border 2 and 1.
01: I truly, utterly despise these shows. Most of these shows actually have some good elements - it's just that something else about them is so rancid, it cancels out anything positive.
