Superb Toradora review - perfectly synthesized my feelings.

Though gotta admit that I (surprisingly) started to enjoy the show for the slice-of-life moments after fans of it convinced me to give it yet another shot, but Taiga (yet again) ruined the vibe and made me physically wince at the unwarranted literal abuse.

Also doubling down on the distaste of Louise Valliere. She can shove it.

"The easiest way to see if it hits the double standard is flip the genders. This becomes a freaking black comedy/horror if you switch the protagonist's genders."

I completely agree with ur toradora review. I also dropped darker than black for exact same reason u couldnt watch it in middle.

Great review on toradora. Although it wasn't a "full" review, I love how you show the absurdity of this anime.
It wasn't cute, it was whack.

i never asked for you to get censored what do you mean and I know you didnt break any ToS because an opinion is an opinion, Im a reasonable person but you dont need to come at me like this in my comment section "I just didnt think" your reason was good for not liking it and u just restated in your review of the same things on why u thought taiga was a bad character, i just dont think having a character u dont like doesnt mean "stop watching it and write a bad review" on it doesnt mean the anime is bad its just means u dont like the character i understand y u dont like the character but u not liking the anime because of a certain character is BS, and all and all that is ur opinion and this is mine and i really dont want to have an argument with u about something so low like an anime. It was just my opinion just live with that, and so what i overlooked the fact that she broke into ryuuji's house i dont care i watch anime for the entertainment.

To be honest I just don't understand the reason why you don't like Toradora, just because Taiga broke into Ryuuji's home, and that's not a good reason to not like an anime. And how you kinda explained was really rough and wrong. I understand that u don't like the anime but you don't need to put that reason behind it just say you don't like it, not because Taiga did some shit illegal. It was supposed to show how basic of the ways both characters interprets romance and how they think romance is. But next time don't put that as your reasoning.

Totally agree with you on Kimi no Suizou wo Tabetai. I enjoyed the character dynamic for most of the manga, and it could have become something great, but I feel no impact from that ending.

i agree with you , since i started watching anime i don't remember any time i liked the romance btw the mc and the love main interest , instead i always found myself shipping the mc with side characters (like in re zero , nisekoi , twgok ... )

as someone who take shipping seriously , it really hurt me when the mc reject a nice girl especially for the sake of an unlikable tsundere .
i just wish they make anime that break some stupid anime tropes like the first girl win or a tsundere win.

Love your depiction of how a proper Tsundere should be like in your Toradora review. Sure, it was kinda centered around bashing Taiga, but I can't say she didn't deserve it. You can't sympathise with a psychopath. I believe that's the reason why Toradora and Zero no Tsukaima were particularly hard for me to sit through.

As someone who can appreciate the presence of a good tsundere (Asami Imai's characters <3), I agree with your assessment completely. Don't let those comments get you down!
