I'm planning on going to grad school too... but not next year. Can't stand the thought of doing any more homework in the fall, in addition to going to work. Blegh. Once I get some money saved up, I'll start thinking about grad school again.
I've barely watched any anime at all over the past 2 years, I'm just on this site for... some reason. :\
Kaiji season 2 is just starting, though, and it's the first series I'm genuinely interested in to come out for a loooong time. So I'll be watching that.
Life's going okay, I'll be getting my Bachelor's degree this month. Already got a job working at a place that does audio equipment and such. So I'm not at all stressed out about final projects and exams. How about yourself?
@ Fire Emblem - The only game from that series I've played fully is FE7 on the GBA, which I absolutely LOVE. Strategy games are one of my favorite genres. I have heard that Sacred Stones is potentially the best in the franchise, so I'm definitely planning on picking it up.
Solid advice; I will definitely do so within the next couple of years, on top of the litany of other books, movies, anime, and manga I have on my lists.
Hey there,
I see you adore Griffith. http://myanimelist.net/clubs.php?cid=17147 - is a club for this truly complex character. If you would have time pay a visit or feel free to join the club ...

who's your favorite LOGH character? Written: Feb 20, 2009 8:21 AM
Cadarn:
1. Yang
2. Reuental
3. Reinhard
4. Schenkopp
"not sure who I'd put in fifth, best contenders are probably Mittermeyer and Oberstein."
A shame, really, because I might be slightly more nationalistic if that weren't the case!

Also hey, it's been a while since I saw you around these parts.

I'll have to buy one sometime though. And a cane and top hat. Sure, I won't likely be wearing it too often, but it would be fun to have regardless.
