Dropping by just to say nice Sword Art Offline II review.
I had planned to never watch it but recently learned Yuuki was in it and I wanted to see her again (Yuuki is great) so I watched it, and boy was it hard to sit through.
I still haven't watched through the first Sword Art Offline, I think i started watching years ago and dropped it early.
The Beyblade Fan Club is getting up and running again and we need help! If you are interested in joining the staff and helping the club out you can apply here.
The monthly character poll has been started again. You can vote here to decide who the character for May will be.
We will also have some forum games starting soon. If you have any ideas on games, events or topics for the club drop by the suggestions thread and let us know!
If you would like to see the club have a more regular newsletter let Fire-Dragon know or post in the club comments or suggestions thread. If a few people want the newsletter then a sign-up thread will be made!
Good points in your review, though I think you're being too generous in the number score. The written portion doesn't correlate to the numerical portion.
Nice SAO review!! It was straight to the point and didn't contain any unneeded hatred -- it bothers me that some Americans (I can't account for any other countries' people) call it the worst show ever when really it's about as good as any new action movie here in the US. Not good, but not the lowest of the low either.
I have no idea how to rip DVDs. I don't think my computer can even read R2s.
I don't really know of anyone. The problem with SR is that it's a very disliked/ignored show by serious anime fans, and a lot of casual fans who watch whatever airs on TV aren't the type who know any Japanese. I would consider working on translating the second half (although there's one particular episode I loathe and have never bothered to watch in its entirety), but I might be extremely slow at it. I don't want to make any promises though, because I don't know what might come up in my life.
They existed on Winny at one point. They're just too old. I did have episode 16 partially downloaded a long time ago, but it never finished, so I gave up on it. The fact that Winny is kind of dead these days probably doesn't help. I've been looking for those episodes forever, just for my personal collection. I own them because I bought the R2 DVDs, but I'd like a copy on my computer too.
Well, even if you don't go through with it, it's still cool. I can actually do translations (Japanese to English), but I'm kind of busy because I've been working on all the Battle Spirits anime. There are no Chinese subs for 27+?
