Hey, you should definitely give Pumpkin night a try. The second arc feels forced and it didn't really sit well with me but the manga is pretty good in general. There's a lot of violence, some fanservice and the art is decent, although translation is kinda dumb and hilarious in the latest chapters.
Another one you might wanna get into is Shikei game. I don't remember much about that one but it's rather short read and the violence in it is on point. Another interesting one is Jagaaan but I see you've already started reading it. It's a masterpiece from the creator of As god's will, really similar to Gantz on so many levels.

Yeah it's a shame we won't be seeing it until the blue ray drops out probably later next year. As for Akumentsu, it's fine but I'm mostly reading it because I like the general idea of the story and I'm curious how it ends. I have also read Homunculus and Ichi the killer, which had a pretty slow-pacing beginning but the amount of plot twists and disturbing violence makes up for it. Both are probably the most mind-fucking manga I've ever read.

Yeah. I have already seen Paprika and Perfect Blue. I like to watch psychological anime from time to time, especially mind fucking ones like Lain. I will probably give a shot to Ergo Proxy or Tehnolyze next.

Not gonna lie, it's all about Shishigami and he somehow resembles Nishi. It lacks curiosity since We all know from the beginning how it's going to end. I'd love to see some plot twist like aliens introduction but I guess it won't happen. In terms of manga, I enjoy everything with survival elements, lot of unexpected deaths and gore, though I haven't read many of them yet so I suppose there aren't any titles I can recommend to you.

It's awesome. Too bad there aren't many similar seinen manga ;/
