Usually from 4 to 6 due to irrelevance but effort is observed.

1. Completely trash; irrational decision-making, shitty artstyle, little to no plot development, no character attachment, and boredom to the max.
Basically like no effort put in.
2. Little to no effort is seen, typically due to laziness of the animator, in achieving criteria stated in (1).
3. Effort is noticed in doing stuff stated in (1). However, everything else is still pretty crappy.
4. At this point onwards, I'd say effort is fine. However, there's something in the anime that really annoys me, be it boring, bad artstyle, inconsistence in plot or characters doing crazy decisions.
5. Generally neutral, where some stuff have decent attributes and others nah.
6. Decent, won't say that it's good.
7. Averagely good.
8. Pretty good, could do better.
9. Extraordinarily good, but it is missing just the tiniest something that is keeping it from being a masterpiece.
10. Absolute masterpiece. I can't say anything bad about it and absolutely love it.
