Action RPG gamer, anime fan/reviewer and rock music buff. I'm a pretty chill guy and wouldn't mind hearing your criticism.
I finally got around to cleaning up the deep dive project. It is viewable on docs by clicking the link on my profile. (That's where the unedited reviews are)
Guide:
10/10: I love these shows and there’s nothing I would change about them.
9/10: I have minor grievances with these shows, but overall I still love them. A lot of my nines come from lack of sequels and/or poor endings.
8/10: I had a damn good time watching these. Not a perfect show, but still great nonetheless. An eight typically indicates a few minor issues but nothing serious.
7/10: Solid anime that deliver on their promises. Plenty of issues, mainly unoriginality, but overall I’m a fan.
6/10: These shows are ok but have some major problems. Expect to dislike a lot of my sixes - it’s inevitable. This is where the line between tolerable and bad starts getting thin.
5/10: Half-empty? Half-full? Whatever. I don’t hate these shows; they’re just not for me. All the stuff I drop gets a five at best, typically.
4/10: Bad, but not unwatchable. In my case, this is the score cliché or otherwise poor adaptations typically get.
3/10: I’m not a fan. That typically means the shows failed to meet even the most minimal of my expectations. Don’t watch anything I rate this low.
2/10: Nasty, awful, poor excuses for anime. These have few if any redeeming qualities. Stay far away.
1/10: The foundations of my worst nightmares, and so awful that you are likely to be reviled or insulted upon their viewing. A black void of emptiness in place of where anime should have resided.
