I hate fan service in animes. They usually make me lose interest and drop the series. I don't mind it in gore scenes because that might be necessary. Animes with a good plot that happens to have fan service I can usually look over.

Animes with no character development are an immediate no for me. Some characters don't even have personalities and sometimes their personality revolves around the main character. This is surprisingly common, especially with feminine characters. A great example would be Sakura and Hinata from Naruto. Sakura had potential but got 0 personality and her entire life revolves around Sasuke. The same goes for Hinata, who deserved better. She was obsessed with Naruto while he barely paid attention to her. She deserved someone who had her as a first choice, instead of Naruto who had Sakura as his first choice. Both of those ships are so forced. They have nothing in common and Naruto was chasing Sasuke through the entire series.

Heterosexuality is so forced in a lot of animes, luckily they're good enough for me to look over that.
