You like shojo? Can I be so bold as to recommend some? :3

1) Funny and heart warming, Dengeki Daisy makes fun of shojo manga and ridicules bullying. Give it 3 chapters

2) Do not be fooled by the roughness of the first chapter! Bokura Ga Ita is downtempo, minimalistic and not a whole lot happens in the plot BUT the character development will astonish you! An incredible read... so far ;)

Yaoi, I have only one recommendation but you have to be into deep psychology to fully enjoy it. It's not especially dark nor does it focus on the explicit but it is heavy. Prequel and sequel, read both to get the full picture :)

I could recommend more but I'll hold off ;)
