Fair nuff. The manga is much more traditional shounen rather than borderline horror.

It begins deviating around episode 11ish? There were some filler episodes added in when the series was meant to be a more direct adaptation. The real split occurs around when Wrath is introduced in 03. 03 also adapted the first LN and added a lot of plot threads. I'd honestly recommend just rereading from the start, the tone of the series are actually pretty different.

Brotherhood is a more consistent series once you get past the awful set of the first 11 episodes which expect you to have seen 03 or read the manga so you don't miss anything, otherwise you'll miss a lot of context that Brotherhood doesn't care to go over. The rest is just a very direct retelling of the manga with too much added humor and bland music. Honestly just read the manga instead.
