Before it used to be a lot, can't even count the amount of new anime I would watch a year, that was unhealthy. Nowadays since I felt like I've seen most non-seasonals that I have wanted to see, I do rewatch some shows and follow most seasonals nowadays. As long as you're not solely addicted to it and having variety of other things to do to prevent burnout like what I experienced a few years ago and continue to somehow do so with non-seasonals even now, you should be fine.

Silver Spoon is great, glad you enjoyed that a lot. There aren't many anime like Silver Spoon but if the setting is what is appealing, maybe Moyashimon should be alright for you? I would definitely recommend some other anime like Bakuman or Space Brothers if you have the time to check those out although their settings are much different to what Silver Spoon is.
