A couple seasonal shows and some classics.
Akage no Anne is a Masterpiece Theatre anime, you'd like it if you watched those in your childhood.
I'm also rewatching Gunslinger Girl, it's an atmospheric anime, too chill and artistic despite being dark.
Oh yeah I agree on all of these, Aki and Carly deserved better after the Dark Signer arc, but the worst offender was Z-one, he was clearly built up to be Yusei, I don't understand why they decided to change that.
I don't think Yusei should've lost to team Unicorn, but I wish he won in a better way than Jean being an idiot, it was still one of the best duels in the series though.
Btw I heard that the series was supposed to end at the Dark Signers arc and that Crow was supposed to be the main antagonist instead of Godwin, but they changed that because Blackwings became very popular in the card game, so they decided to make him a main character instead.
Seems like they continued the series but had no idea what to do with anything, it all makes sense when you think about it, do you think it would've been better as they planned, or is it good they made these changes?
Yeah, they are probably gonna end the show with the kenshin vs saito fight and kenshin leaving kaoru to fight shishio, I'm praying for the production to be at least as good as the original version, honestly the fight os saito in the old version is peak.
I guess its going pretty well, I like some small changes in some details and that the charming comedy of the manga stills in the series, I can see that they are going to adapt the story the way the manga tells it and they are not going to count the old series when making the decision of how the story progresses, I'm glad how's it's going, U0m kind of scared about the approach they are going to take when adapting the Kioto arc, and not mentioning if the even adapt the last arc.
Hi :D
Looks like I was wrong about the next Detective Conan movie, it's not a reimagination of anything, it's a new original case about Haibara and the Black Organization.
There's a recap movie about the Mystery Train arc that they released as a set up for the main movie, and according to a comment I read it didn't add anything new so there's no reason to watch it.
Yeah Gin used to be one of the few characters that could beat Conan at a game of wits, until they nerfed him to make Akai and Rum look cooler.
I'm pretty sure the next movie is a "What if" scenario about Conan meeting Haibara for the first time, so it can't be canon, I might be wrong though.
The only reason I haven't watched Nier Automata is because I haven't finished the game yet.
I'll watch Vinland and UY later, probably when they finish airing.
I'm hyped for Rurouni Kenshin, it looks amazing.
