I love all the mysteries, especially the older ones, and some of the cases are really cleverly done and unique. I also love all the characters, and theres quite a bunch of them, plus it has a wide variety of genres as subtext. Another thing I was I watched one of the movies when it first came out when i was younger as a field trip and I've also watched it a few times at my grandparents before so there's always some nostalgia with it. What's your fave anime?

How anime/manga I like the plot, around the boxing also the characters personality, Ippo is shy and humble but Takamura is aruthless and he knows no shame!!! But both and all the characters they get to where they are working hard, and not only that, everyone has their personal problems.

Start the manga/anime in the basic, and evolve correctly in the boxing world, amateur until to be profesional, it's very realistic and won't be fooled by flying punches or Goku-style techniques. What really exaggerates is Takamura, but within the exaggeration he can also be taken as virtuous, 2 ways.

The combats are realistic, and also is good too.
