This series is the best example of wasted potential. Re:Creators destroys every moment of development and cools ideas. God! The idea is "the best fu***ng idea ever!!! But the series is only 3/4 dialogue, 3/12 focus in Met, 1/24 battle (read the premise), 1/32 character development and the rest is potential ignored.

The animation of this series is static. Vissualy looks good, but the static animation of the series breaks heavily the experience. The characters hasn't a development, specially the main creations group, because they aren't appear much in the series (Met is the focus, in a instant talk about this character).

The plot wastes time ... in dialogue without emotions and expressions, this is the worst element of the series: tell, not show. Many chapters is only infodump and monotone dialogue, making redundant the series and longly forced. The worst example of this is Meteora (that sounds like a Linkin Park disc, and not kidding): this character hasn't a development and this character takes more time in scene of all time, and only talks about info dump.

Sadly, the series ignores potential moments and replaces with boring and unrealistic situations (and this series takes in a realistic scenary!(

The music is good, but, it's me, or Hiroyuki Sawano sounds a little tired?

However, I praise the Blitz and his creator moment, because is credible and goals to be something that the fictional character (Blitz) makes.

I special criticize the role of Magane, particulary the easy twist when she helps the main character group when her actions doesn't indicates this, the chapter 13, not because is a recapitulation episode, but this chapter shows every that the series should have done in the beginning, and the chapter 16, because is sadly the only episode with main character development... In a thermal bath episode!

The greatest failure of this series is the lack of characters importance. I'm not kidding, I note that, with exception of one, the characters are become or cliche or unidimensional villain.

This anime is the best example from a light novel compressed adaptation. I don't know the quality of the original material, however, this detail is notable. However, is entertaining. I special critizice the fleeting appearance of the many magical girls characters and the lack of the shock factor in many deaths. However, I praise the loyalty and respect from the series essence of the final chapter.

Note: the blood and the violence excess doesn't mean ... good quality.

The perfect excuse for a musical film. This film is full of musicals moments, with a total of 5 songs in total.

This movie marks the final of the series. Thank animu, because I don't think that LL! SIP have many sources that extract and take advantage. Also, is a good film that takes the teme of the Muse dissolution and the difficult decission of Honoka: continue or end. Curiously has the same dilemma of the School Idol Project franchise.

The characters are the same of the series, but the center is Honoka. Also, appears a new character... or not. This "character" looks like a momentary element... ... I wrong with this idea.

This movie is reccomended for fans or followers of the series, is very enjoyable and a good final.

Before that recognize the elements of the film, before that I open my eyes because my fannatism of the franchise, I say:
This sequel of Madoka Magica... IS VERY AMAZING... I wrong...

The visual are incredibles (thank you Gekidan Inu Curry), the music is most memmorable despite that many songs are remixes from the first 3 OST's, but the plot betrayls the essence and the message of the series, is awful because the film had many possibylities to explore.

The characters in the series are overshadowed for Homura, speccialy Kyoko, when this role not apports too much. This is a problem? No, the problem is the incoherent explanations ... for many events. The film is fanservice, unfortunalety... The best example? Nagisa Momoe's role.

I special criticize the first 30 minutes of the film, because doesn't apports nothing to the story.

This series is a poor pretencious trying to make a dark maho shojo series. This series is a guide for not make a dark maho shojo.

For those peoples what criticizes Puella Magi Madoka Magica for contain "lazy characters"... in Daybreak Illusion finds the true definition for lazy characters. That's not joke: the name, the design and dressing is a memorandun of the tarot title for each girl. The personalities are boring and lazy. Is hard empathize with several main characters, with exception of Ginka.

The villain is a idiot. Why he don't know that could corrupt tarot users? Why don't idealize a better plan for mate ... with Akari having a temible power in your hands? Come on: he could transforms in any male/female character or expect that she have 16 years old for this! The script is very bad.

The only good character and thing enjoyable in the series is Ginka's father, because he isn't a idiot character, he is a good example of father in the anime series...

I don't recommend Daybreak. Is a bad and unconsistent anime with Deus ex Machinas, unconsistent rhythm and a boring characters.

Unlike Daybreak Illussion, this series is enjoyable, because the plot is not seriously taken. The series knows what is your identity.

The series isn't a plagiarism from Puella Magi Madoka Magica:

-Unlike Puella Magi, the series is not dark, but contains light drama, a lot of jokes (a subjective detail).
-The archetypes in both series not same.
-PMMM has several characters, YYWY lacks of characters.
-Vertex in YY not memorables but the fight is enjoyable.

In the case of the characters, the cast is compossed of only 6 characters (Taisha, Shinju, fairies and the secondary characters -Togo's mother, agents of Taisha- not counts), which removes impact for the personal life of ... the characters.

The series isn't memorable, isn't shocking but is a very good option for hang out.

This series... It is of the few times where I say "FORGET TO SAY THAT IS PRETENCIOUS, THAT TRIES TO BE A MASTER PIECE, THAT'S A BAD ANIMU", because this arguments is far to the reality: Puella Magi Madoka Magica is a very good anime from this decade.

Maybe this series isn't a revolution as many says, but have ressurected a genre full of loliconism and fanservice (this yet exist). Madoka Magica play very good with the plot and play very well with this "cards". Not reveals information as other series and the plot twists aren't removed from the sleeve. This series isn't for all, ... because many believes that PMMM want to be "deep", but I repeat: that is far to the reality.

The visual, the songs and the plot is a clasic seal from Shaft, which is famous for incorporate a visual narrative and few others symbolism in the series. In that case, the symbolism It works from two forms: theoryze or tell witch's stories.

Even the characters, isn't lazy and boring. Is interesting watch that Madoka plays a very good role in the series. Is very good say that MADOKA ISN'T LAZY AND ISN'T USELESS THAT AS MANY REVIEWERS SAYS. The series isn't hard to analyze and say "oh, now I understand because the name of the series". The rest of characters are very good: the villain is fantastic, Tomoe is an awesome character, Homura is great, Sayaka, Kyoko, etc... are very good characters that fullfills the roles in the series.

This series is my favorite for cause fear and shock in your world, because I feel dark and intimidate unlike a other maho shojo series. I reccomend check the first three chapters, and stop means "this animu is pretencious and appears to be deep". Watch such as It, and LEAVE IN PEACE THIS HOLLOWS ARGUMENTS.
