About me
At first glance, I am just a normal guy in his 30s, with the personality of your average harem romcom protagonist. At further glances, this doesn't really change. I am, however, secretly an otaku daywalker, who hides behind the persona of a sports car freak (normies have no idea that I got interested in cars by watching Initial D, or what my low-key anime shirts refer to).
My interests other than watching anime include listening to music, drinking beer, listening to music while drinking beer, complaining about unimportant stuff on the internet, not getting in the f***ing robot, working on my car (presumably while drinking beer), and reading
plot-heavy porn games. I also read some manga and light novels now. So... yay?
I fail at convincing snobs that a good anime doesn't need to be artsy and full of hidden meanings about as often as I fail at explaining to plebs, that the current season's generic high-school battle harem isn't literally the best thing since sliced bread. Having superior taste is not easy.

Explanation of ratings
I have a lot of unrated shows on my list. This may shed some light into the reasons for that:
- For anime that cover 1 story line and don't greatly differ in quality, I only rate the first season. I mostly consider the following seasons to be of the same rating, but choose not to rate them, in the interest of better statistical analysis of my ratings through websites like graph.anime.plus. This applies to shows like Kuroko no Basket and Fate/Zero. If the quality of 2 seasons is markedly different (as is the case with Clannad and Clannad: After Story, for example), both get their individual ratings.
- I don't rate OVAs of TV anime (like the OVAs of Steins;Gate or So Ra No Wo To). Their rating should be included in the main show's overall rating. Standalone OVAs (FLCL, Diebuster, ...) get a rating.
- I don't rate movies that serve as a conclusion of a TV series either. For example, this applies to The End of Evangelion, and the Higashi no Eden movies. As with the OVAs, their rating should be included in the rating of the main show.
- I don't rate recaps (if I even watch them, for some unknown reason), unless they have at least some new content (like Sword Art Online: Extra Edition).
Other than that, stuff gets rated
after I finish watching it, whether by finishing all episodes or dropping it (I don't rate anime on my on-hold list, and rating airing shows that can still end badly is retarded). I consider my ratings purely subjective, but that is okay because of my superior taste. MAL's descriptions of ratings apply - 10 is for masterpiece, 9 is for great, and so on. I use the full rating scale (this should be common sense, but you'd be surprised how rare it actually is). Not all anime of the same rating are equal, but until MAL gives us decimals in ratings, it can't be helped.
