Oh but that's even more dangerous; crypto is so volatile rn. But I can see how you could've earned lots of money from it (vs stocks which you sort of need lots of money to earn lots of money unless you're pretty much psychic). Best of luck!
My uni is one of those liberal arts schools that doesn't offer business or finance, etc. People take economics instead (including me). I wish we had degrees that taught stuff more directly applicable to jobs... everything we have is so conceptual. Aw, I hate writing reports, too, but yeah, I enjoy creative writing. Haha my own stories are sometimes pretty dark, but for kids I just enjoy writing fun comedy/mystery type stuff.
Oh, like stock trading? And you earn good money rather than lose money? Impressive.
I'm sure you'll get a wonderful job; people who don't want you probably just haven't acknowledged your greatness. Are you in uni?
I think like all jobs there are stressful and frustrating times but overall I like mine; I write short stories to help kids learn English so there's a flexible schedule and I can do it anywhere. It's hard because I can't totally be creative; keeping it extremely easy while fitting in all the required words and grammatical structures every time, but I appreciate being able to make money from writing.
Haha, and my quantity doesn't even compare to some other users (I left MAL for more than 2 years then came back)... I'm proud to be your first comment! Welcome to the abyss.

Nah, I have a part time job I was really behind on, but you're right, at least I was earning money.
I've also had a wonderful holiday (despite having to catch up on so much work!)
Happy Holidays!
